How we became.
Brandan Computer Systems Limited was founded in 2001 by Brandan Dobbs to address what he saw was a growing need in South Devon for high quality professional computer services.
The name of Brandan was chosen for the company both because its founder was already well known locally for his systems expertise and because the unusual spelling of Brandan presented a distinguishing quality.
Brandan Dobbs himself has been working with computers since leaving school in 1992 in a career that has taken him round the world. His work has involved solving complex problems and implementing multiplatform systems for a wide range of different businesses based in locations from the UK and Europe to North America.
The business is driven by a strong team of experienced professionals, selected for their engineering skills and knowledge rather than sales orientation. As computer specialists working in the field, they have a thorough understanding of how system solutions can best be deployed to address specific business needs — without resorting to technical jargon in order to make the point.
