Clients Brief

Jackson-Stops approached us with a view to supporting their systems.  Previous suppliers had not been providing the level of service Jackson-Stops required for their demanding day to day needs.

The system ran off a standalone workstation which was struggling to serve the network.  Because of this security was weak and there was no backup for emails.  Emails play a crucial part in communications.

Our Solution

The solution would be to install a proper Microsoft SBS Server that will resolve the issues with emails not being backed up.   Will provide a structured security based network with virus protection controlled and maintained from the Server.

The implementation of our Monthly Support contract which enables us to monitor the system and carry out maintenance produces as and when need.  Also provides staff with help using the system.  The remote support package we offer has proven to be extremely useful even for the smaller issues.  This has ensured staff are not wasting time trying to resolve issues themselves.

Benefits to the Client

The server gives the ability to remote in and operate there agency software and connect mobiles to outlook email, calendars and contacts.  This proves to be exceptionally useful when out on appointments or working from home.

The reassurance that someone is available if a when a situation arises.

With the success of supporting Exeter Office, we were soon recommended to Taunton and Barnstaple offices which to date we have been supporting since 2001.
