Business IT Support

We offer different ranges of support designed to meet client’s needs. They come in the form of a Pay as you go service whereby you pay per hour or a monthly support contract for complete piece of mind.

Pay as you go

We try first to solve computer problems over the telephone or by email using our remote support service, but that’s not always possible. So we provide an on-site trouble shooting service at any hourly rate, geared to correcting hardware and software faults, virus removal, component upgrades and so on.

We can usually estimate how long a job will take, so we give you a price up front. And, within reason, we’ll stick to that price even if the task does take longer than we predicted.

 

 

Support Contracts

Many clients engage us on a support contract basis, so they can be sure of a rapid response and an effective solution that minimises downtime.

Our support contracts are always tailored to the needs of the client’s business, and graded according to the required, specified response time. All our contracts include remote desktop support enabling us, where possible, to solve your system problems over an internet connection.

 

Remote Support Contract

3-5 Computers £18pm*
6-10 Computers £15pm*
11-30 Computers £12pm*
Above 30 Computers Survey required
Server (Includes network devices) £60pm*
Site Visit callout – Computer Repairs*** £75 inc. 1st hour
Site Visit callout – Server Repairs*** £95 inc. 1st hour

This service only provides remote access support. It does include routine maintenance to servers. It does not cover the cost of replacement parts. Any call outs are charged at a discounted rate. Standard response time is normally within 0-30mins but during very busy periods can be up to 8 hours response. Quicker guaranteed response times offered upon request. This pricing is a rough guide and subject to a site survey. Once a site visit has been carried out an official quote will be produced.

Cover includes call outs and Labour, remote support and routine maintenance to servers.  It doesn’t cover cost of replacement parts.  Guaranteed 4 or 8 hour call-out response times.  Quicker response times offered upon request with distance taken into consideration.  This pricing is a rough guide before a site visit is performed.  Once a site visit has been carried out an official quote will be produced.
